Starting out building websites
I took that to heart when I first started my venture into the world of web development. I started on the simple “unlimited” hosting plan that really in fact isn’t unlimited, because if you launched some huge successful web application or web site that you developed on one of these types of hosting plans, your account would get suspended for hogging too many resources.
However, until then, if you are just starting out in the world of server-side web development, or even any sort of coding web development (front-end or back-end) it is always good to get your own hosting account, and get your hands dirty. If you are anything like me - you learn best by doing and hands-on - and that is exactly how I learned and taught myself web development. You need a sandbox.
I would recommend a host like Bluehost

Because I have had a good experience with them. There are many many others out there as well offering the same type of concept of low-cost “unlimited” shared hosting plans, that are usually somewhere around $8-$10 a month. Some of them include Justhost, HostGator, iPage, FatCow and more. I have affiliate accounts at all of them, and if you like the thought of me getting a few bucks if you end up signing up on one of them, you can click any of the links below.
Some of the mentioned (winter special deals 2012)
